When conducing stakeholder interviews, I’ll often ask someone who has no background in the project (or field) to come up with a list of questions that I can use. Simple questions can yield more complex answers than you would expect.

I’ve noticed a difference in how people are engaging during online strategy sessions, and it’s great. Why would you do group strategy sessions in person any more?
